DMCA Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice

Send your notice to our designated DMCA agent at the email address below. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (URL on globalfreetv.com and a description of where it appears).
4. Contact information including your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Global Free TV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

Global Free TV reserves the right to remove channels, links, and user-submitted references to infringing material, and to suspend or terminate access for any user or channel page that is the subject of repeated valid DMCA notices, in accordance with our repeat-infringer policy and applicable law.

What This Site Is (and Is Not)

Global Free TV is a directory. We link to publicly available streams published by broadcasters and free ad-supported streaming services. We do not host video files, do not transcode content, and do not embed streams in a way that circumvents DRM or geo-restrictions imposed by the original publisher. If a broadcaster removes a stream from public access, the corresponding entry in our directory becomes unavailable.

Channel names, network names, and program titles referenced on Global Free TV are used for identification purposes only (nominative fair use). We do not display channel logos, broadcast imagery, or copyrighted promotional material on list or category pages.

Misidentified or Non-Infringing Material

If you are a rights holder and you would prefer that we not link to a particular publicly available stream, please contact us at dmca@globalfreetv.com and we will remove the entry from our directory at your request, even if a formal DMCA notice is not appropriate for the situation.
