Submit a notice

Email notices to dmca@globalfreetv.com. Include all information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
3. The exact Global Free TV URL and enough information for us to identify the disputed listing.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We review complete notices and may remove or restrict the identified listing while the claim is evaluated. Incomplete notices may require follow-up information.

Counter-notification

If a listing was removed because of mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification that satisfies 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, the removed location, your good-faith statement, contact information, jurisdiction consent, and acceptance of service.
